Today PJSC “Azot” (Cherkasy) employs about 4 400 people. It constitutes 98% of the plant’s full strength and confirms the high rate of the enterprise as employer. PJSC “Azot” (Cherkasy) organizes training and retraining for employees on regular basis. Personnel educational and professional development programs are realized both at the enterprise which has its own licensed training center and at the educational institutions across Ukraine.
One of the main directions of employee development is cross training. New technologies implementation and specific character of production processes at chemical shops require employees to have professional multi-skills.
